🕒 Schedule: Part-time with a flexible schedule (hours can be discussed and adjusted, including occasional evenings for building checks)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks at scheduled times to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
- Refill and maintain cleaning supplies and office stock
- Assist with cold calling for commercial leads and outreach efforts
- Perform building checks, which may occasionally occur at night
- Support light office organization and upkeep as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous experience in operations, facilities support, or customer outreach preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with light hands-on tasks including inventory and supply prep
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and interest in eco-friendly practices
